In short: you pay once and get instant online access to your report for 30 days, and you can save it as a PDF to keep. Because access is immediate, you agree at checkout that your 14-day right to cancel ends when access begins. If something doesn't work, tell us and we'll put it right.

A one-off purchase of a digital assessment and report, such as the Dynamic Energy Index — Full Energy Read. After payment you get online access to complete the assessment and view your report for 30 days. You can save or print your report as a PDF to keep. The purchase is for your own personal, non-commercial use. It isn't a subscription, and you won't be charged again.
The price is shown in pounds sterling at checkout and includes VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. You'll receive a receipt by email.
Access starts immediately after payment: you'll be taken straight to your assessment. Please bookmark that page, because the link is personal to your purchase and works for 30 days. If you have any trouble accessing it, email us with the address you paid with and we'll help.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you'd normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. Because the assessment is supplied immediately, at checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access begins.
This doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the assessment or report is faulty or doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.
Our assessments are developmental self-reflection tools, drawn from Firing on All Cylinders. They are not clinical, medical or psychometric assessments. They don't diagnose any condition, and they are not a substitute for professional advice. They should never be used to rank, judge or select people. If you're struggling, please speak to someone you trust, your GP or an Employee Assistance Programme. Samaritans are available day and night on 116 123.
The Dynamic Energy Index, its questions, scoring, reports and related materials are the intellectual property of Courtney Richards Ltd. You may keep and use your own report, but you may not copy, resell or reproduce the assessment or its methodology.
Your answers are scored in your browser and are never linked to your name or email. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information, including payment details processed by Stripe.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. We aren't liable for decisions you make based on your report.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
